VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and fluid practice that synchronizes breath with movement, creating a harmonious flow between postures ('asana').

Each movement in a Vinyasa sequence is guided by the breath, transforming the practice into a moving meditation.

This continuous sequencing builds heat, strengthens and detoxifies the body, and prepares our body to sit for longer hours in meditation, by opening our hips, strengthening our core, and purifying energy channels in the body.

As a daily discipline, there is a profound power in the practice, as it builds deep resilience and mental strength when we commit to roll out our mat every day at a similar time, regardless of how we feel, breathing our way through the sequence.

My advice for anyone interested in the practice of asana, is to commit to 20 minutes a day at least 5 days a week, and build the habit. Over-time, you can build up to longer daily session sessions. On my Youtube you will find different practices between 20 to 70 minutes.
